Bio

Natasha Nazerali

German New Medicine practitioner & educator

She guides individuals to awaken their primal nature through biological awareness. Raised by a mother deeply grounded in the wisdom of Dr. Ryke Geerd Hamer's biological framework, she carries this lineage forward, honoring and expanding upon the legacy passed down to her.

She is the co-founder of The Bio-Logical Woman course program alongside Dr. Melissa Sell, and the founder of The GNM Weekend, an international annual conference dedicated to The 5 Biological Laws. Through her work in family systems therapy and biological relating, she emphasizes a view of biology that moves beyond the conventional paradigm, honoring the roles ancestral heritage, relational coherence, and consciousness play in overall health.

As a devoted spiritual seeker, her work is informed by her studies with sacred Indigenous practices and wisdom traditions, and her training at The College of Psychic Studies in the UK.

A bridge from the unconscious illusion that we are separate from nature into the conscious truth that nature and human are one.

A Life In Practice

The arc so far.

Natasha as a child in a conscious, holistic household
Childhood · A conscious household

First sessions.

Raised in a conscious, holistic household, I grew up surrounded by an understanding of the energetics of biology and consciousness. By the age of eight, I was sitting in weekly sessions of EFT and Healing Touch — practices most adults don't encounter until they're already navigating life's greatest challenges.

The view my mother operated from was simple yet profound: the most important thing you can give a child is a genuine relationship with their own truth. That meant teaching me how my body, heart, and intuition were already speaking, long before any therapist or belief system told me what to think. Instead of looking outside myself for answers, I was encouraged to cultivate a lifelong relationship with the wisdom that had been within me all along.

German New Medicine — the framework Natasha grew up inside
Age 11 · The framework

Initiated into German New Medicine.

By eleven, I'd been introduced to German New Medicine — the model my mother had been studying and teaching from our home. The same body of work that grounds my practice today, I first encountered as a child, sitting in on her classes.

It was here I began to see life through the lens of adaptation: symptoms not as signs the body is failing, but as meaningful signals — messengers inviting deeper awareness. Rather than fearing the body's responses, I learned to become curious about them, recognizing that our biology is inseparable from nature itself. Just as every living system adapts to its environment, the body carries its own innate intelligence — always communicating, always striving toward balance.

Natasha's training in intuition and consciousness
London · The College of Psychic Studies

Learning to trust the unseen.

As I crossed the threshold into womanhood, the intuitive senses that had quietly accompanied me through childhood began to awaken with unmistakable intensity. My inner world expanded through dreams, symbols, and moments that felt like communing with a reality just beyond the veil.

Sensing I needed guidance, my mother brought me to train with a teacher of the College of Psychic Studies in London — one of the world's oldest institutions devoted to consciousness, intuition, and psychic phenomena. Under her mentorship, I learned that these experiences were not something to fear, but something to cultivate with discernment, integrity, and groundedness.

That season began a lifelong relationship with the College, and a belief that has never left me: that intuition is not reserved for a select few, but is a natural human capacity — one that can be cultivated with practice, presence, and reverence.

Natasha's years as a dancer and performing artist
New York & Los Angeles · The artist's path

Dance was the whole plan.

As I crossed into adulthood, I followed the call of another great love: the arts. Having danced my entire childhood, I dreamed of the world's stages. I was awarded a scholarship to the American Musical and Dramatic Academy, trained in New York and Los Angeles, studied with the Joffrey Ballet, toured with world-class artists, appeared in music videos, and choreographed for celebrated performers.

It was never my intention to return to my roots. I had no backup plan — only a wholehearted devotion to becoming an artist. Yet beneath every audition and every performance, the quiet voice of inner knowing continued to accompany me. As dazzling as the industry could be, its brightest lights could never replace the deeper light I carried within.

Those years revealed that the artist's path is not simply about craft — it is a way of living. A devotion to truth. A willingness to listen deeply enough to become a vessel for something greater than the self.

The threshold — returning home
March 2020 · The threshold

The collapse, and the return.

Deeply immersed in my artistic career and on the road with a touring production, life unfolded — until, almost overnight, the world went through its own awakening. As the pandemic swept across the world, humanity began asking deeper questions about health, healing, and purpose.

At the very same time, my own world was forever changed by the passing of my father. In the space of one season, I found myself grieving, leaving the stage behind, and returning home to my family. What I believed was a temporary pause revealed itself as one of life's greatest blessings.

With my career at a halt, I began helping my mother teach the body of wisdom that had shaped my upbringing. In a moment when so many were searching for new ways to understand themselves, I stepped beside her — translating the teachings I had lived since childhood through my own voice. Somewhere in that season, I realized I wasn't simply returning home. I was venturing deeper into my soul's destiny. My mother extended the torch, and I chose to carry it.

Natasha's study of ancestral and sacred wisdom traditions
The world · Integration

Weaving the wisdom through my own voice.

As I stepped fully into this work, I realized my greatest teachers were not only the traditions I studied, but the stories carried through my own lineage. Sitting with clients through German New Medicine revealed a profound connection between our individual experiences and the greater tapestry of our family systems — the relationships, memories, and patterns carried through generations.

That curiosity led me on a journey across the world — through sacred sites from the pyramids of Egypt to Machu Picchu to the temples of Mary Magdalene in France. I studied holographic sound and the ancient technologies of vibration, and came into relationship with shamans and abuelas in Central America, learning alongside wisdom keepers of Mayan and Shipibo lineages.

My understanding of healing expanded beyond the individual. I began to recognize the body as a vessel of memory, the womb as a place of creation and ancestral connection, and humanity as part of an intricate web of lineage and consciousness. This drew me deeper into Recall Healing and Family Systems Therapy, and the work of Bert Hellinger — whose exploration of ancestry and belonging mirrored what I had witnessed across cultures. And through every teaching, I met the same lesson: we are not separate from those who came before us. Our ancestors live within us — through our biology, and through the stories, patterns, and wisdom we inherit.

Today · The work in practice

Becoming the living love story.

Today, I am a German New Medicine practitioner and educator, working within the lineage and teachings of Dr. Ryke Geerd Hamer — the framework that has profoundly shaped my understanding of biology, consciousness, and the relationship between the inner world and the body.

Alongside Dr. Melissa Sell, I am co-founder of The Bio-Logical Woman, a course program for women who wish to deepen their understanding of their physiology through the lens of German New Medicine. I am also the founder of The GNM Weekend, an international annual gathering dedicated to the Five Biological Laws.

My one-on-one practice is the culmination of a lifelong journey through biology, consciousness, ancestral wisdom, and the many languages humanity has used to understand healing. At its core is a primal remembrance: that our biology is not separate from nature — it is nature expressing itself through us. I see symptoms not as something to battle, but as messengers — guiding us toward awareness, connection, and the restoration of love where it has been interrupted.

Natasha Nazerali

My mission To be a bridge from the unconscious illusion of separation into the conscious remembrance that humanity and nature are one. Through education, healing, and deep exploration of the stories held within the body, I guide others toward becoming the living love story their biology has always been inviting them to embody.
