This program explores the relationship between family system dynamics and the way we experience stress, conflict, identity, and behaviour. It draws on the work of Bert Hellinger and the conflict-oriented lens of Dr. Ryke Geerd Hamer.
Through teachings, experiential exercises, constellation work and group inquiry, we look at the recurring themes inside your family story — and how those dynamics show up in your thoughts, your patterns, and your lived experience.

Natasha guides individuals to awaken their primal nature through biological awareness. Raised by a mother deeply grounded in Dr. Ryke Geerd Hamer’s biological framework, she carries this lineage forward — honoring and expanding upon the legacy passed down to her.
She is co-founder of The Bio-Logical Woman alongside Dr. Melissa Sell, and founder of The GNM Weekend, an international annual conference dedicated to The 5 Biological Laws. This is the work she grew up inside.

Do I need experience with Family Constellations or German New Medicine?
No. The five weeks build from the ground up — you’re welcome whether this is your first encounter with the work or you’ve been steeped in it for years.
What if I can’t make one of the live calls?
Every session is recorded and returned to you afterward, so you can stay with the material at your own pace. The live calls are where the constellation and group work happen, so come when you can.
When and how do we meet?
Five Thursdays, 22 October to 19 November, at 10:30 AM Pacific Time. Each call runs about two hours, live and together, in a cohort of no more than thirty.
How do I pay, and what’s included?

What’s the refund policy?
All sales are final, and there are no refunds. On the payment plan, both payments are part of your enrolment.
Are there guidelines for the group?
Yes. This is a shared space for deep family and body work, so everyone agrees to the Community Guidelines when they enrol: respect for every participant, no disparaging, what’s shared in the group stays in the group, and the course materials and recordings are for your personal use only. Natasha holds the space and may remove anyone who doesn’t honour them.
